I am trying to make some changes to my daily life when it comes to exercise. I have not been very good at this in the past. last year I rode my bike a couple of times last year and that was about it.
I usually start off by taking these two cuties for a ride in the bike trailer. That is not the smartest idea because that is usually a difficult feat to perform. I forget to start off small and work my way up. Okay so I must rethink my strategy.
I am going to have to build up my endurance and strength, just me and the bicycle. My legs scream out to quit but my mind says persevere, make it happen. I have to cultivate a daily habit and routine and it should become easier each time.
I am learning a lot about myself while riding and pushing through. It is very mentally stimulating and invigorating!
